We have also registered some of our trademarks in 51 countries. We plan generally to license the use of these trademarks to our franchisees for the operation of their Pel&Meni® “To-Go” restaurants.

Although we are not aware of anyone else using “Pel&meni,” “Pel&meni To Go,” or “World of Dumplings” as a trademark or service mark in the United States, we are aware that “Pelmeni” individually and “To Go” individually cannot be trademarked. Some businesses are using a similar equivalent, such as “Dumpling House,” as part of a trademark or service mark associated with retail restaurants. There may be similar uses of which we are unaware that could arise from prior users. When necessary, we plan to aggressively pursue persons who use our trademarks without our consent, our rights to our copyrights, or our trade names and trademarks.

Use of Software

The software and accompanying documentation available to download from this site are the copyrighted work of Pel&Meni. Use of the software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, which accompanies such software. If no license accompanies the download, the terms of the license which accompanied the original product being updated will govern.
