Chief Executive Officer

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Richard Lloyd is currently the CEO and a cofounding partner of the company. Mr. Lloyd also serves as a Director and acting Vice-President of Marketing. Mr. Lloyd oversees a complex myriad of marketing programs designed to promote the highest level of brand awareness for Pel&Meni Franchise Systems.

Richard began his career in restaurants and within three years was successfully managing two restaurants. He was recruited to attend the culinary arts school Le Cordon Blue with a full scholarship but declined to join the United States Army. Richard served in Iraqi Enduring Freedom as an Army Ranger and is a decorated war veteran. During his military service Mr. Lloyd received his Associates degree in management information systems and later a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Richard’s executive and public company experience includes over a decade of executive management, where he specialized in international mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Lloyd has successfully completed numerous multi-million dollar transactions.

Richard has an established track record of successfully directing complex corporate operations. He is P&L responsible and capable of restructuring fiscal policies and internal controls to properly capitalize and structure corporate portfolios. Mr. Lloyd is effective at continually developing the corporate mission. Richard enjoys serving his community through several nonprofits including Headstart, House of Hope, Habitat for Humanity, the Ripple Effect and City of life as a way to help those in need.

Mr. Markus Rademacher is currently the President of European Operations and a cofounding partner of the company. Mr. Rademacher also serves the Chairman of the board of directors and acting Executive Vice-President of Sales. Mr. Rademacher acts as the General Sales Manager for Pel&Meni Franchise Systems. He oversees and directs all corporate sales efforts for Pel&Meni Franchise Systems. Responsibilities include developing customer account relationships, hiring and managing sales teams, and creating, developing and executing sales plans and objectives on local, regional and national levels.

Mr. Rademacher has an extensive career in business management in a wide range of industry categories. Markus looks back on more than 15 years of consulting and executive experience in the food and beverage service industry. During his studies, Markus worked in various restaurants and gained a deep understanding of gastronomy.

After graduation Mr. Rademacher was employed for 12 years by a leading culinary and entertainment company in Germany. During this time Markus was responsible for Recruitment, Training and Human Resource Planning. Later Markus was promoted to Senior Head of the Gourmet Food Development Department. Markus is currently involved in the research and development of eating behaviors. As a father of two children he is compelled to improve strategies of influencing children and adolescents in the process of learning to eat healthy. Mr. Rademacher supports charitable Plan International projects in Asia and has direct sponsorships in the Philippines and Indonesia.

Mr. Uwe Schrenk is currently the kitchen development and planning coordinator of the company. Mr. Schrenk acts as the Director of Transportation, Logistics and Off-Premise Accounts. He oversees all vehicles managed by the company and handles the security and logistics of equipment worldwide.

Mr. Schrenk has over 25 years’ experience in the restaurant, hotel, large kitchen and meat production industries. He specializes in the development, design implementation and sales of catering equipment, professional food service equipment and industrial kitchens. Mr. Schrenk has an established trade network with well-known manufacturers worldwide and his projects have been recognized internationally.

Lead Designer and IT Support

Mr. Ramil Valitov is currently the IT and ICT Service provider of the company. With BSc. & MSc. degrees in mathematics, he started his career as a software developer (for desktop PCs and Android), tried himself as a freelancer, was a team leader in different projects, has experience in creating web sites & apps, solving IT security problems and system administration tasks. For the last few years Mr. Valitov worked as deputy head of e-learning in Kazan Federal University (TOP20 in Russia).

Ms. Evgeniya Selivanova is currently the Director of Russian Operations for the company. She is also an interpreter for KraussMaffei Berstorff, Gmbh in Kazan, Russia. Ms. Selivanova has served as the corporate liaison for business travelers from Lower Saxony, football delegation chaired by M. Rummenigge since 2010 and in that position she participated in the following events: the APEC Summit 2012 in Kazan, the Food Security Ministerial Meeting, the meeting of Ministers Responsible for Trade, the World Professional Championship Latin American Show dance 2011 in Kazan and the Kazan International Tourist Forum 2010.

Ms. Dawn Ferry is currently the director of organizational development and franchise training. She is also the acting Corporate Communications Director of the company. Dawn supervises all national media relations and publicity campaigns. She also safeguards the image of Pel&Meni Franchise Systems in both the beverage industry marketplace and its varied sponsorship entities.

Ms. Ferry is an Organizational Development and Human Resources professional with over 14 years’ experience in the hospitality world. Working for a large, global hotel company for over 12 years, Dawn is well versed in both hotel operations and service. Using skills from her BA in Communication and Theater, Dawn has designed and delivered hundreds of innovative multi-media classes, productions, events and courses of study. Dawn worked as Director of Resort Training and Development for a Forbes Five Star and Relais and Châteaux property in New England which, reinforced her passion for food, beverage and field to fork cuisine. Dawn has consulted for resorts in North America and in the Caribbean.

Regional Manager

Mr. Andrei Dzenisenka is currently the Regional Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. After graduation on the Mogilev State University in Belarus and the Heidelberg University in Germany he worked for many years as a Head of a HR-Department. His main activities and responsibilities were the maintaining and developing of HR policies, staff education and market and team development.

Mr. Dzenisenka was involved in different international social media and marketing projects. Mr. Dzenisenka speaks several languages (English, German, Russian, Belorussian, Ukrainian) and has been involved in charitable projects, both in Russia and Germany.
